PrintReleaf is a Platform for Automated Global Reforestation

PrintReleaf has designed and built the world’s first platform to automate global reforestation for paper-based products. Through integrations with market-leading software applications, we accurately measure a customer’s paper consumption then make it actionable. Customers select where to reforest their consumption through our network of PrintReleaf Certified™ Global Reforestation Projects. Our cloud-based infrastructure and APIs enable seamless integration and limitless scalability.

PrintReleaf collects paper consumption data from the source via third-party printer monitoring software installed on the device. Regardless of the origin of the paper or how it is used, PrintReleaf precisely measures paper consumption on-demand. A customer’s paper footprint is represented by the aggregate total of their paper consumption across all sources over time. At the end of each month, each customer’s cumulative paper footprint is distributed evenly to the reforestation projects of their choice

Strategic Approach to Forestry

Recent data published by the World Resources Institute indicates we are currently losing forests at a rate of about a soccer field every 1.2 seconds[1] when comparing the rates of global reforestation versus deforestation.

There are multiple drivers behind this issue, namely: agricultural development, urban development, and logging for forest-based products which feed the paper, wood, and food industries. Given our global forestry system serves as a significant sponge for carbon sequestration, deforestation is only magnified as part of the emerging conversation on climate change. Through our strategic approach to forestry, we’ve set out to be part of the solution.

The PrintReleaf Standard outlines the operational, financial, and organizational requirements for members of our network of certified Global Forestry Partners. We have taken great measure to ensure authenticity, transparency, and security by developing the PrintReleaf Standard, the industry’s first standard for reforesting paper consumption.

Programmatically reforest your company’s paper consumption where the planet needs it most.

Transactions

Exchange paper consumption for trees in realtime. You send us your raw paper consumption data, we analyze it, and certifiably reforest the equivalent number of trees at the reforestation project of your choice.

Subscriptions

Deposit paper consumption regularly to your PrintReleaf account to be automatically reforested at the end of each month. Choose where your trees are planted from our network of global reforestation projects.

Integrations

Integrate PrintReleaf into your estimating, quoting, point-of-sale, or print monitoring software for simple and automatic transmission of your paper consumption data into PrintReleaf.
