Orion Technologies is pleased to introduce Prajwal Khanal, a dedicated Level 1 IT Support Engineer who has been an integral part of our support team for over a year. In this role, Prajwal is often the first point of contact for our customers, providing frontline assistance across hardware, software, networking, and cloud-related enquiries, and ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
With a strong foundation in technology, networking, system administration, and cloud computing, Prajwal brings a well-rounded technical skill set to the Orion service desk. His experience spans traditional on-premises environments and modern cloud platforms, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune, enabling him to support customers as they transition and leverage cloud-based services more effectively. Prajwal’s background also includes earlier software and web development experience, further enhancing his ability to troubleshoot complex issues from both an infrastructure and application perspective
